Urgent translation in Verviers
delivered in 24 to 48 hours

What is possible

What we can hold to when time is short

Tell us the real deadline and we will say what stands up, with no empty promises.

01

Sworn translation from 24 to 48 h

File turned away, appointment in two days: stamp, signature and statement of conformity, with nothing taken away from the checking.

02

Several linguists in parallel

A large volume is split between translators sharing the same glossary, with a harmonising revision to close it off.

03

Sworn interpreter within 24 h

Hearing brought forward, a party turning out to be non-French-speaking the day before: our network across the district usually allows us to find someone.

04

Immediate link-up

When nothing else holds, a three-way call within the hour still beats having no interpreter at all.

05

Dispatch the same day

As soon as the translation is done, the stamped original goes into tracked registered post and the signed PDF reaches you straight away.

06

Legalisation straight after

Once the stamp is on, the file heads without delay to the FPS Justice for legalisation of the signature. No dead time between the two steps.

How we answer

A quick refusal beats a promise kept late

Take on every rush job and then deliver a day late: that is how plenty of providers operate. We would rather answer within the hour, even if the answer is no.

If the language pair proves impossible to find for tomorrow morning, you will know straight away and can look elsewhere without losing a day. And if your real deadline falls in ten days' time, we will say that too: a surcharge paid for nothing has never won anyone's loyalty.

Hence our first question, always the same: what is the exact cut-off date, and who set it?

  • A straight answer within the hour
  • Surcharge stated before anything is agreed
  • Registered post sent the same day
  • Cross-checking never dropped
In plain terms

What a rush job changes, and what it leaves alone

Better to set the limits now than to disappoint on the day it falls due.

Quality does not move

Express keeps the check by a second linguist. What rises is the number of people involved, not the number of corners cut.

The price does move

+50 % for 24 h, +75 % for 12 h, +100 % for 6 h. That surcharge sits on the quote before you agree, and never on the invoice alone.

Public offices do not speed up

A legalisation follows the pace of the FPS Justice, an apostille that of the FPS Foreign Affairs. We speed up our share of the work, never theirs.

A few pairs stay out of reach

A sworn interpreter in Tigrinya or Pashto for tomorrow morning is not guaranteed. You will learn it within the hour, not the night before.

Check your real deadline before accepting a surcharge. It regularly happens that a client asks for 24 h while their municipal appointment falls in ten days' time: the standard turnaround would have done. We always put the question, even if that means letting the surcharge go.

How it runs

Once the countdown has begun

Four steps, with a verdict on feasibility within the hour.

  1. 01

    You give the deadline

Language, type of document and above all the real cut-off date. The form takes two minutes, and the phone stays open if the deadline is today.

  2. 02

    Immediate answer

We tell you without delay whether it can be done and on what terms. If it cannot, you learn that just as fast.

  3. 03

    Priority start

Your file moves to the head of the queue and one or more linguists are engaged at once.

  4. 04

    Handover at the agreed time

By e-mail in every case, and by registered post sent the same day where the stamped original is required.

Does the deadline fall tomorrow morning?

Send your request over, or call if it is for today. The answer on feasibility comes within the hour.

Our commitments

Our guarantees when time is short

01

A network on the spot

Our sworn translators and interpreters work across the district and along the border. That is what makes the 24 h realistic rather than theoretical.

02

A straight answer

Impossible deadline: you learn it within the hour and keep the time to look elsewhere.

03

No improvised subcontracting

Urgency does not justify handing the file to the first comer. They are the same linguists, engaged faster.

04

One single scale

The same for everyone. The urgent rate depends neither on the client nor on their degree of panic.

05

Weekends and public holidays

A judicial or hospital emergency finds a solution with us, outside working days as well.

06

No rule suspended

Confidentiality agreement signed, no public engine, checking retained. Urgency excuses nothing.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

A sworn translation in 24 hours, is that serious?

On a common pair and a short document, yes. On a thick file or a rare language it is markedly less certain, and we say so without dressing it up. The sticking point almost always lies in the availability of a sworn translator in that exact pair, rarely in the number of pages.

How much is the surcharge?

+50 % for delivery within 24 hours, +75 % within 12 hours, +100 % within 6 hours. Those surcharges apply to the base rate, appear on the quote before confirmation, and nothing else is added on top.

Can legalisation follow the same pace?

Here urgency runs into a limit. Legalisation of the sworn translator's signature goes through the FPS Justice, whose pace does not depend on us: allow 3 to 5 working days. If your destination also demands an apostille, it has to be requested from the FPS Foreign Affairs and added to the schedule. We speed up the translation and file as early as we can, without ever promising the tempo of a public office.

My appointment in Aachen is the day after tomorrow: can it be done?

Often yes, for a short document into German. Give us the nature of the paper, the receiving authority and the time of the appointment: the answer comes within the hour. One caveat: if the German authority demands an apostille, the schedule no longer depends on us but on the FPS Foreign Affairs.

Do you work at weekends?

Yes, seven days a week, public holidays included. A judicial or hospital emergency does not break out by preference on a Tuesday morning: call us and we will look for a solution.
