Your documents translated and certified
Sworn translators and interpreters, over 70 languages, a firm quote within the hour. Your translations are accepted by Belgian authorities and by the Liège court of first instance, Verviers division. Three borders meet here: German is the official language of the German-speaking Community, which begins in Eupen, and Dutch that of Maastricht. Our interpreters travel from Herve to Malmedy, or join you by video call.
Our sworn translators and interpreters work with
Translators and interpreters listed in the national register of judicial experts · Legalisation at the FPS Justice handled for you

Choose a category: if your document is listed, we translate it, and we have the translator's signature legalised at the FPS Justice where that is required.

From your first message to delivery, everything is handled remotely. You know at any moment where your file stands and what it will cost.
Form, email or phone, whichever suits you. A sharp photo taken on a phone is already enough to quote. You will never have to come to our office.
Price, delivery date, the option chosen (sworn or standard) and, for interpreting, the name of an available interpreter. Free of charge, and you stay free to go no further.
The signed PDF arrives by email on the agreed date. If the desk insists on the stamped paper copy, it goes out by registered post. The interpreter turns up on time, having already read the file.
We know what the municipal counters of the district, the notaries' offices and the Verviers division of the court expect. That saves you rejected documents and repeat trips.
The German-speaking Community starts in Eupen, twenty kilometres away, and German is the official language of its public services. Aachen, Maastricht and Luxembourg are all less than an hour from here. We know which version a given desk will ask for, French or German, before you order it.
Every text first goes to a linguist writing in their mother tongue, then to a reviser. When the document is intended for a judge, a notary or a public authority, the person who signs it appears on the Belgian national register of legal experts and sworn translators.
Within the hour you know the price, the delivery date and whether an interpreter is free on the date you need. A text denser than announced or a meeting that overruns is our problem, not yours: an accepted quote does not move.
Every linguist in the network is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Your files stay on servers located in the European Union, only the account manager and the translator can open them, and everything is deleted on request, in line with the GDPR. If your professional rules require your own agreement, we sign it first.
The interpreter's travel is included across the sixteen municipalities of the area, from Herve to Stavelot. A document to translate is handled remotely, wherever you live.
Private clients, firms, SMEs and public authorities across the province.

Your situation not listed? Describe it in the quote form: you will get a precise answer within the hour.
It depends on who receives the document. A municipality, a court, a consulate, an equivalence office or a German-speaking authority will require the sworn version: the stamp and signature of a translator entered on the national register of legal experts and sworn translators, together with a statement of conformity that commits them personally. For an internal contract, a manual or a website, a standard translation is enough. The linguistic work is the same either way; what changes is the weight the document carries before an authority.
Within the hour, for any request reaching us between 8am and 10pm, Saturdays and Sundays included. The quote states the firm amount, the delivery date and, for an interpreting assignment, whether an interpreter is genuinely available. Nothing is added afterwards.
The price rests on four variables: which two languages, which field, how many words and how soon. Standard work is billed per source word; sworn work per page of 250 words, any page begun counting as a whole one. Where documents repeat one another, the translation memory catches the overlap, and that overlap is not billed twice at full rate.
The two have nothing to do with each other. Getting the sworn translator's signature legalised falls to the FPS Justice: that step we handle for you, allowing 3 to 5 further working days. The apostille applies to the original document and depends on the FPS Foreign Affairs or on the authority that issued it; we do not obtain it in your place. The quote simply tells you whether your file is subject to one and which office to approach.
Not once. We work from a scan or a clear photograph, and the translation goes back by email. Where the stamped and signed paper is insisted upon, it travels by registered post, inside Belgium or beyond. Driving across Verviers on a weekday morning gains nobody anything.
Yes, across the sixteen municipalities we serve. Our interpreters go to Dison, Pepinster, Theux, Spa, Herve, Welkenraedt, Stavelot, Malmedy or Eupen just as they go to the Verviers courthouse, and travel is already included in the interpreting rate. For a document to be translated, distance is irrelevant: everything moves electronically.
Allow 5 to 10 working days for simultaneous work in a booth: two interpreters per language have to be brought together and equipment shipped in. A liaison or sworn assignment is set up far more quickly. Most of the time someone is free within 24 hours, including when the date falls tomorrow.
Yes, and it is a routine request here. The German-speaking Community of Belgium begins twenty kilometres from the centre of Verviers, in Eupen, and runs down to Sankt Vith: German is the official language of its municipalities, schools and public services, which therefore receive documents in that language. Add to that everything that crosses the border, towards Aachen and the Rhineland or towards Maastricht and Dutch Limburg: estates, divorces, cross-border employment contracts, insurance claims. Our sworn German and Dutch translators and interpreters handle these files every week.
For as long as suits you, and not a day beyond. Every linguist in the network works under a confidentiality agreement. Hosting is European and GDPR-compliant; one word from you and the files are gone. On a sensitive matter we start by signing your own undertaking, before the documents change hands at all.
A translation to arrange or an interpreter to book: same form, same turnaround. Free, with no commitment, and at a firm price: what you read on the quote is what you pay.
